Haystack Rock offers many opportunities to experience the northwest coast of Oregon. One of my favorite places to visit and work, the Pacific coast, is magical, especially in the early morning and late evening. The beach sand shifts and moves with the rising and falling tides, creating an otherworldly scene with the passing of each day.
